Carolyn Kipper & Diana Hardeman
Carolyn and Diana are two San Clemente residents and owners of historical Ole Hanson homes built in 1928.
They met online in 2020 after discovering each other’s photos documenting their own journeys of fixing up their historic homes during the Covid-19 pandemic. With an interest in the history and architecture of San Clemente, both Carolyn and Diana independently had the idea for a book that would document and share the stories of all 200 historical homes and buildings. In 2021, they discovered each other’s intention to create this book individually and decided to partner to bring the idea to fruition.
